Any orders received from Monday through Thursday before 12 p.m will be dispatched the next Monday, except for Saturday conveyances which will be dispatched on Saturdays provided that Saturday conveyance administration is chosen by client
Our customer service hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; inquiries received after these hours will be addressed on the following Monday. We will always try to respond to or resolve all inquiries, complaints, and other inquiries within 24 hours of receiving them.
On the Monday following, any messages or emails received after 4 p.m. on Thursday will be promptly addressed.
